What we implement?

Lines for the production of pellets In LetGroup's offer we present complete lines of MLG and OGM series for pellet production and granulation of feed for livestock. Pellet production lines are suitable for producing/ granulating pellet from sawdust (coniferous / deciduous), straw/hay, grass, grain and also plastic. Devices easy to use, efficient and reliable. The whole complete line consists of single units, the set can be customized according to your demand. Our lines are complete and can directly process specific raw materials into finished products such as pellet or compound feed. Fuel pellets produced using modern equipment on these lines meet EU standards. The diameter of the produced pellet (granulate) is 6-8 mm (depending on the diameter of the die holes installed in the press granulator). The length of the pellets is 10 - 50 mm. The capacity of the line with one OGM 1.5 granulator is 1 ton/hour

Extruders An extruder for farm animals / pets such as: dogs, cats, fish, cattle and other animals will produce feed through the modern extrusion method. This method makes it possible to produce high-calorie granules in the form of a circle, heart, triangle, etc. The EGK screw extruder is designed for sintering grain feed. The model has a capacity from 30 kg/h to 360 kg/h. On request, the extruder can be additionally equipped with a BP-50 feeder. Granulators The machine can be used both in households and in production plants. Organic pellet production and feed granulation can be done very efficiently and in a very short time. This is an excellent alternative to traditional fuels and a real chance to increase profits for all farms.

The shredders The shredders presented in our offer are ideal devices for processing all types of cereals ( peas, wheat, oats, corn, etc.) and straw, grass, alfalfa and hay. Our shredders can be used to produce feed, livestock litter, briquettes and pellets. Our shredders are ideal for shredding straw, weeds, grain. We offer different models depending on the required performance.

Aerodynamic dryers Aerodynamic drying complexes are mainly designed for drying wood waste such as sawdust, wood chips and woodworking waste. This allows you to effectively reduce the water content in a short time and makes it suitable for further processing. Packaging machine A weighing and packaging machine that efficiently, optimally and safely packs pellet and other bulk products (e.g. animal feed). Weigher are essential equipment for warehouse, wholesale, food industry and farms.

Hammer mills Hammer mills is designed to grind grains, chips, bark, chips, leaves and small waste from the processing of wood and plywood. Other organic products can also be crushed into the required fraction. Screw conveyors The company offers high quality screw conveyors for feeding and transporting all types of bulk materials. Screw conveyors ensure stable and uniform feed of raw materials. Some of our models even offer the option of additional calibration of the raw material.
