PELLETNIK-200 is a professional, multifunctional machine designed for efficient production of both granulated feed and fuel pellets. Thanks to its robust design and high performance, it is an excellent solution for farms, small and medium-sized production facilities, as well as individual users.
The machine allows processing of a wide range of raw materials, such as:
- sawdust
- straw
- feed mixtures based on grains, soy, or alfalfa
- plant waste, e.g. sunflower husks
This versatility enables maximum utilization of available materials and their conversion into valuable end products—high-quality animal feed and eco-friendly solid fuel.
The pellet mill is equipped with a die with a diameter of 205 mm and hole sizes ranging from 2 to 8 mm, ensuring flexible production and the ability to adjust pellet size to specific needs—from feed for poultry, rabbits, and livestock to fish feed and fuel pellets for boilers and furnaces.
The reinforced construction, solid frame, and powerful 7.5 kW drive ensure stable and reliable operation even under heavy load.
