This inclined conveyor features horizontal loading and unloading sections, designed for efficient and safe material handling.

The conveyor is equipped with chevron belts that ensure stable transport of loads to the desired heights while preventing material slippage. The belt runs on a robust frame, and its tension can be easily adjusted using precise tensioning mechanisms. The height and spacing of the cross profiles are tailored to the specifications and dimensions of the transported products.

The frame is constructed from durable structural steel and comes with full protective covers along its entire length. The device is powered by a gear motor with an inverter, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

“Z”-shaped conveyors are particularly suited for receiving materials from devices with low unloading points (e.g., under a shredder) and transporting them to higher levels or hard-to-reach areas. This design is an excellent alternative to complex systems involving multiple conveyors.
