Drum Screener / Sifting Kit KB-3

The drum calibrator is designed for separation of raw materials by particle size, separation of larger parts from a smaller homogeneous mass, used in construction, mining and woodworking industries.

The screen consists of a welded frame on which a round drum screen is installed, a drive chain mechanism and a motor-reducer and a feeding auger with a hopper.

The rotation and slight inclination of the drum causes various bulk materials (for example, sand, crushed stone, coal, peat, sawdust, etc.) to move through the sieve and be calibrated. When the drum rotates, small fractions pass through the holes, and larger fractions fall into the dump.

Installation features:

• Screw drive - motor reducer 5.5 kW;
• The drive of the calibrator drum is a 5.5 kW motor-reducer;
• Screening of a large fraction of the material;
• High reliability;
• The volume of the bunker is 3.5 cubic meters (for 2 full, enlarged Manitou buckets);
• Sawdust productivity: 28 cubic meters per hour.
