The aerodynamic dryer SA-1200 is equipped with two VRP-5 fans with a total power of 22 kW.

The productivity of the two-circuit dryer on pine sawdust with a humidity of no more than 60% is up to 1200 kg/h.

This model of aerodynamic dryer is equipped with a linear actuator that automatically controls the cold air supply damper and allows the dryer to operate within the programmed temperature range.

This dryer works perfectly in combination with the MLG 1000 DUO, MLG 1000 DUO PRO and MLG 1500 DUO pellet production lines, ensuring effective and efficient operation.

SA-1200 dryer operation stages:

• Using the loading method you have chosen, sawdust is fed into the first circuit of the CA-1200 pipelines
• At the same time, hot air is pumped into the pipeline
• Raw materials are transported through a pipeline with hot air
• Under the influence of high temperature, moisture evaporates from the surface of the raw material, and internal moisture penetrates to the surface
• This process and the optimal temperature prevent particles from igniting

The area of ​​application of aerodynamic drying is quite large. Fuel pellets can be produced for farms, enterprises with their own boiler room, residential buildings, baths, saunas and other facilities.

Complete delivery kit:

• Furnace.
• Pipeline system. Responsible for the process of drying the raw material during its transportation through the pipelines.
• Two dust fans. They allow hot air to flow along with the raw material through the pipeline system.
• Two cyclones. They are used to clean gases from solid particles, ensuring efficient operation of the system.
• Control panel. The control cabinet contains devices for remote and automatic control of mechanisms and electric drives.
