LeTGroup presents a new configuration in the belt conveyor segment – ​​the “Z”-shaped conveyor. This is an inclined conveyor with horizontal loading and unloading sections.

This type of device is equipped with chevron belts, which ensure effective transfer of materials to the required height while eliminating the risk of load slippage. The belt moves on a sturdy frame, and its tension can be adjusted using tensioning mechanisms. The height and spacing of the cross profiles are tailored to the characteristics of the transported product.

The model includes built-in cooling fans, which help to reduce the temperature of transported materials, enhancing safety and expanding its range of applications.

The conveyor frame is made of structural steel and equipped with protective covers along its entire length. The device is powered by a gear motor with a frequency converter, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

“Z”-shaped conveyors are ideal for receiving materials from devices with a low unloading point (e.g., shredders) and transporting them to higher levels in hard-to-reach places. They provide an efficient alternative to systems consisting of multiple conveyors.
