The BIZON-450 is the largest jaw crusher model in the "LabEcoTech" product range, designed for high-performance crushing of large volumes of material in construction, mining, and construction waste recycling. It is ideal for primary and secondary crushing of stone, concrete, bricks, and other materials with a compressive strength of up to 320 MPa.

Operating Principle:

Material enters the crushing chamber through the feed hopper, where it is crushed between two jaws – one fixed and one moving. The moving jaw is driven by an eccentric mechanism, generating pressure and abrasion that crushes the material. The final particle size can be adjusted by regulating the gap between the jaws.

For finer output (below 10 mm), a two-stage setup is recommended – the BIZON-450 for coarse crushing (to 50–80 mm) followed by a smaller crusher for final processing.
