BIZON-450 is the largest and most powerful crushing module in our jaw crusher lineup. Designed for high-efficiency processing of large-sized material, it performs exceptionally well in demanding industrial and construction environments. The module is intended for integration into custom-built stationary or mobile systems – making it a perfect foundation for a personalized crushing setup.
Application:
The BIZON-450 jaw crusher is widely used in construction, demolition waste recycling, mining, building materials production, and heavy chemical industries. It is suitable for primary and secondary crushing of all materials with a compressive strength of up to 320 MPa – including stone, concrete, bricks, and various synthetic materials.
Advantages:
- Large feed opening (450 × 250 mm) – allows crushing of larger material chunks (up to 450 mm in length) without pre-processing
- High performance – up to 20 tons per hour (depending on material hardness and desired output size)
- Powerful drive options – compatible with 15–18 HP gasoline engines or 11–15 kW electric motors
- Modular design – ideal for creating custom crushing lines
- Simple construction – easy operation, maintenance, and servicing
- High reliability – low failure rates and operational costs
- Quiet operation – reduced noise and dust emission
- Uniform output – consistent particle size due to high crushing ratio
Technical Specifications:
- Feed opening size: 450 × 250 mm
- Gasoline engine: 15–18 HP
- Electric motor: 11–15 kW
- Capacity: up to 20 t/h*
(*Capacity depends on material hardness and discharge gap setting)
Technical Recommendation:
For achieving output fractions smaller than 10 mm, it is recommended to use two jaw crushers in a single processing line. The BIZON-450 is ideal for coarse crushing (50–80 mm fraction), followed by a smaller crusher for final processing into fine aggregates.

BIZON-450 is a reliable, durable, and efficient solution for professionals requiring high-capacity crushing of tough materials in challenging environments.
