Automatic bagging machine WD-10B

The line is designed for packing pellets, granulated feed, toilet fillers and animal bedding into polymer bags using a packaging machine.

The machine forms a bag in the shape of a "pillow" (it can be supplemented with a unit creating a "stand-up bag"), dispenses the necessary portion of the product into it and hermetically closes the bag (it can also be supplemented with a forming unit, in the upper part of the package there is a handle in the form of a "three" cutout fingers").

The product is loaded into the machine's hopper using a bucket conveyor cooperating with the hopper. The conveyor is equipped with a feedback system with the machine, which allows for constant control of the product level in the machine's hopper. Removal of finished bags filled with products is carried out using a receiving conveyor.
