Screw oil press The GARMET-150 DUO is designed for the production of oil by cold pressing from various raw materials. The productivity of this machine is up to 300 kg/h. The raw materials can be: linseed, sesame seeds, black cumin seeds, sunflower seeds, soybeans and many other oil plants.

Oil production process:

• The raw material is placed in the hopper and then passes through the valve to the screw.
• The screw crushes the grain and transfers it to the pressing chamber, which consists of a cylinder with holes, a screw shaft generating pressure, a pressure cone and an adjustment nut.
• Waste is discharged through a groove in the cover, and the oil through an opening in the cylinder chamber.

Advantages of cold pressed sunflower oil:

• It preserves vitamins, fatty acids, substances containing phosphorus and other biologically active ingredients.
• Pleasant smell and taste.
• Long shelf life. Unlike hot pressing, the finished oil does not become cloudy after a long time and does not later acquire a rancid taste of spoilage.
• During cold pressing, useful residues remain, which after additional processing serve as food for farm animals, poultry and fish.
