Stationary Aerator OZ-S

The OZ-S stationary aerator is designed for active ventilation, cooling and conditioning of grain and other bulk-stored materials. The forced airflow through the stored material helps reduce its temperature, minimize the risk of self-heating and maintain suitable storage conditions. This supports the preservation of crop quality and helps reduce the risk of mould development and deterioration of the stored material.

The OZ-S columns are made of galvanized steel and feature perforations with a diameter of 3 mm. Their design allows active aeration, as well as natural drying and air conditioning of cereals, legumes and other bulk materials.

For fine materials with particle sizes below 3 mm, filter bags are used to retain fine particles while allowing air to pass through.

The system is designed for convenient installation and flexible use in flat storage facilities, bunkers and silos. The radial fans mounted at the top of the columns can be easily moved between aeration points, allowing the system to be adapted to current storage requirements.

Applications

The OZ-S stationary aerator is designed for the ventilation and cooling of:

• cereals, including wheat and maize; rapeseed and sunflower seeds; soybeans, flaxseed and other oilseeds;
• legumes and other suitable bulk materials.
• reduce the temperature and moisture content of stored grain, depending on operating conditions;
• eliminate localized areas of self-heating;
• reduce the risk of mould and fungal growth, as well as pest infestation;
• condition seed material before sowing;
• support grain drying.

The device can be used in flat storage facilities, silos, grain elevators and farms. Depending on the operating conditions, ventilation may also support additional drying. Its effectiveness depends on the moisture content of the material, air temperature and humidity, and the operating conditions of the installation.

Depending on the configuration, the device can be equipped with different power supply and control solutions.

• 220 V version: electric motor with a frequency converter and a 220 V plug.
• 380 V version: electric motor with a magnetic starter and a 380 V plug.
