We present the TITAN-5 bunker, designed to optimize the performance of hammer mills such as CHOPPER-1000 and CHOPPER-1200. This unit ensures smooth and controlled material feeding, significantly improving the efficiency of the grinding process.

Functionality and Ease of Use

• With a 5 m³ capacity, the bunker enables long, uninterrupted operation, minimizing the need for frequent refilling. Its large loading chamber allows easy filling with wood chips or grain using a mini-tractor or other bucket-equipped machinery.

Robust Construction and High Performance

• The TITAN-5 features a chain feed system, ensuring reliable and even material transportation to the hammer mill. It is powered by a 5.5 kW motor reducer, which effortlessly handles large material volumes, guaranteeing stable and precise operation.

Advanced Control System

• Equipped with a control panel with a frequency converter, the bunker allows precise adjustment of the material feed rate according to current production needs. This solution optimizes energy consumption and enhances the efficiency of the grinding process.
