CHOPPER-1000 hammer mill with ZUBR-30 chipper

We present you a powerful set for wood processing - the CHOPPER-1000 hammer crusher and the ZUBR-30 chipper from LeTGroup .

The ZUBR-30 chipper is used to process wood waste, trimmings and pieces into chips of the required size. They are used in the production of biofuel (briquettes, pellets) and as fuel chips for smoking and burning. A large loading hopper (200x350 mm) allows for the crushing of large raw material elements, and 12 knives ensure the processing of wood up to 2 m long with a capacity of up to 15 m³/h. Additionally, the chipper is equipped with a conveyor for easy loading and a control panel for convenient operation.

After crushing, the raw material goes to the CHOPPER-1000 hammer crusher, which transforms the chips into sawdust. This model is supplied with a cyclone equipped with a filter bag, a suction motor and a gear motor at the outlet. The set also includes a corrugated pipe (160 mm, 3 m) and a control panel with an ammeter.
