Hammer Mill CHOPPER-1000 with Feeder TYTAN-5

The "TYTAN" complex, featuring the "Chopper-1000" hammer mill, is a high-performance and modern solution designed for the efficient processing of wood chips and other raw materials. The system consists of the "TYTAN-5" moving-floor feeder with a 5 m³ capacity and the high-efficiency "Chopper-1000" hammer mill, ensuring smooth material feeding and grinding.

The "TYTAN-5" feeder guarantees stable and controlled feeding of raw material, maintaining the optimal performance of the grinder. Its compact dimensions (4256 × 1564 × 1844 mm) and large 5 m³ capacity enable long operational cycles without frequent refilling.

The feeder is powered by a 5.5 kW geared motor and equipped with a chain-driven transport system, efficiently moving the material toward the grinder.

Additionally, an advanced control panel with a frequency inverter allows precise adjustment of the material feed rate, optimizing energy efficiency and production performance.

The "Chopper-1000" hammer mill is designed for grinding various materials, including wood chips, biomass, wood waste, and grain crops.

Equipped with a main 55 kW motor and an additional 7.5 kW motor, the mill achieves a processing capacity of up to 1000 kg/h for wood chips and up to 4900 kg/h for cornmeal (with a 6 mm sieve).

Thanks to a set of interchangeable sieves, users can adjust the final material fraction to meet their specific requirements, making the unit highly versatile.

The integrated cyclone dust collection system minimizes material loss and improves workplace conditions.
