Operation Process

• Oil Intake: The vegetable oil is delivered to the filter via the NOVAX 25 Oil pump, ensuring consistent and precise flow into the filtration system.
• Mechanical Filtration: The oil passes through a porous filtration layer made of special fabric (“belting”), mounted on filter frames. Mechanical impurities such as sediments and suspended particles are trapped on the surface of the fabric.
• Filter Construction: The system consists of perforated plates and frames covered with replaceable polypropylene filter cloths. The plates have through-channels for uniform oil distribution, enabling effective filtration across the entire surface. The filtered oil is collected through a discharge channel and directed into a storage container for purified oil.
• Compression and Stability: All components – frames, plates, and filter cloths – are securely compressed using a manual screw clamp, ensuring a tight seal to prevent leaks and enhance filtration efficiency.
• Filtered Oil Collection: The purified oil is collected in specially designed containers. The system is compatible with standard food-grade barrels with a minimum capacity of 1 ton, or custom-sized tanks as per client requirements.
