A built-in manometer, located before the filtration block, continuously monitors pressure, enabling users to control the filtration process and determine when filter elements need cleaning or replacement. Operation Process

• Oil Supply: The NOVAX 25 Oil pump ensures a stable flow of raw oil into the filter.
• Mechanical Filtration: The oil flows through a porous filtration layer made of “belting” fabric mounted on frames. Mechanical impurities, such as suspensions and sediments, are effectively trapped on the filter material.
• Device Construction: The FP-48 filter includes 48 perforated plates with replaceable polypropylene filter cloths. Flow channels in the plates ensure uniform oil distribution, resulting in effective cleaning. Purified oil is discharged through an outlet channel into the collection tank.
• Compression and Stability: All elements are securely clamped with a manual screw clamp, preventing leaks and enhancing filtration efficiency.
• Filtered Oil Collection: The purified oil is collected in specialized containers, customizable to individual client needs.
