• Cutting and crushing: The rotating blades mounted on the crusher shaft move the oil cake while pressing it against counterblade plates. The oil cake is gradually crushed, passes through the counterblades, and lands on the sieve.
• Segmentation of pieces: Smaller fragments of the oil cake pass through the sieve holes, while larger pieces are redirected for further crushing by the blades and counterblades until they reach the desired size.
• Final product: The crushed oil cake exits the machine in the form of small pieces. This process facilitates rapid cooling of the material and makes it easier to process further, such as granulation or other forms of treatment.
