Meat and bone grinder PPM-7

The PPM-7 is a high-performance machine designed for the preliminary grinding of large bones and animal heads. It is widely used in meat processing plants, feed and fertilizer production, and agricultural enterprises. Its robust design and performance meet the demands of modern technological lines.

How it works

Raw material is fed into the working chamber through a 400 × 300 mm loading opening, where it passes between rotating gear wheels that effectively grind the material. The processed material can then be transported by a screw conveyor with a 2.2 kW / 1500 rpm motor to the next processing stage, such as the PM-18 grinder or storage.

Applications

PPM-7 enables the preparation of raw material for the production of:

• Bone meal (from clean bones)
• Meat and bone meal (from inedible carcasses, veterinary confiscations, and slaughterhouse waste)
