The EGK-400 extruder is a compact yet highly efficient machine designed for farms and companies involved in feed production. Despite its relatively small size, it functions as a fully equipped mini-production line for manufacturing extruded feed mixes. The unit comes factory-equipped with a raw-material feeder, making it ready for operation immediately after installation.

Operating Principle

Raw material enters the built-in feeder and then the working chamber, where it is intensively mixed, pressurized, and thermally processed. After passing through the selected die, the material expands, forming a light, porous structure beneficial to the animals’ digestive system.

The resulting feed:

• is free from pathogens,
• offers high digestibility,
• retains natural nutritional value,
• can be fed to animals immediately.

This makes it suitable for cattle, horses, goats, sheep, pigs, and poultry.
