Calibration tank KBL-1

KBL-1 is an industrial hopper designed for preliminary storage, uniform feeding, and calibration of bulk materials prior to further processing stages. The unit is a reliable component of technological lines in production and processing plants.

The structure is equipped with two vibration motors and a calibration screen. The perforation diameter of the screen is individually selected according to the Customer’s requirements. This solution enables effective removal of unwanted fractions already at the initial loading stage.

Construction and Operating Principle

The hopper frame features a fully dismountable design – all elements are connected with bolted joints. This ensures:

• Convenient transportation
• Quick on-site installation
• Easy servicing and access to components

The upper section of the hopper is mounted on four springs. During operation, vibrations generated by the motors are transferred exclusively to the loading section containing the material, which:

• Eliminates the risk of material bridging
• Ensures smooth and uniform discharge
• Stabilizes feeding to downstream equipment
