The Grand-400 PRO is a key element of production line MLG-1500 PRO. It is perfect for granulating various raw materials: sawdust, hay, straw, herbs and feeds. Equipped with a 45 kW engine and 178 mm diameter rollers, it ensures a stable work rate of 800 kg/h, adapted to the specifics of the charge. The 400 mm diameter matrix allows for personalization of holes (6 mm or 8 mm), enabling the production of pellets with different properties.

The machine is equipped with an advanced inverter, which plays a key role in optimizing the engine's operation. It allows for speed regulation, overload protection and energy consumption control, which allows you to adjust the device to your individual needs and working conditions.

The Grand-400 PRO pellet mill is distinguished by its versatility. It can handle both coniferous sawdust rich in lignin and more demanding broadleaf sawdust. The high operating pressure makes it easy to process raw materials with low lignin content. What's more, the device is an ideal solution for the production of animal feed, such as rabbits, poultry, broilers, pigs, cattle or quail. It can also granulate sunflower husk, straw, hay, grass, feed mixtures and plastics such as polypropylene, bags or foil.
