The working part of the GRAND-200 granulator is a high-quality, reliable component that serves as the heart of this innovative device. The product consists of a durable housing in which the following key components are mounted:

• Shaft with bearings
• Matrix with a total diameter of 216 mm
• Rollers

The diameter of the matrix holes is selected individually by the customer, ranging from 2 mm to 8 mm.

The entire structure is designed for long-term, failure-free operation, and its precise construction ensures high efficiency in pellet production.

The set with the working part also includes a hopper and a tray for pellet ejection, which streamlines the production process and minimizes the time required to prepare the device for operation. To fully assemble the granulator, simply select the appropriate motor (recommended 11 kW electric motor), frame, and gearbox.

The GRAND-200 granulator is capable of producing pellets not only from wood but also from other materials, such as straw, grass, agricultural waste, and more. Thanks to its versatility, it is an ideal device for producing eco-friendly biomass fuel that can be used for heating homes and for various industrial applications.

With a properly selected gear and engine speed, the working part of the GRAND-200 granulator can produce up to 150 kg of pellets per hour, ensuring high productivity.
