Pellet production line MLG-1000 DUO PRO

Equipment for pellet and compound feed production from LabEcoTech, based on the GRAND-300 PRO granulators, is designed for producing pellets ranging from 6 mm to 8 mm from sawdust. The productivity of this line is 1000 kg/h (on average per shift).

The main unit of the line is the improved GRAND-300 PRO granulator. After dozens of hours of testing, innovative implementations, and experiments, we are ready to present to you a granulator with a productivity of 500 kilograms of finished pellets per hour. Thanks to the powerful 30 kW motor and rollers with a diameter of 178 mm, the GRAND-300 PRO consistently demonstrates a performance of 500+ kg/h. The matrix installed on the granulator has a diameter of 300 mm. The standard package includes one matrix, the hole size of which is chosen by the customer. Available options for pellets are 6 mm and 8 mm with different thicknesses (depending on the raw material).

The granulation line is equipped with:

• A hopper for uniform feeding of raw materials, MTZ-200 DUO, a power of 3 kW, and a hopper volume of 0,4 m³.
• *The feeding screw is equipped with two neodymium magnets that serve to clean the raw material from metal inclusions.
• A powerful and reliable GRAND-300 PRO press granulator with a power of 30 kW and 3000 RPM (2 units). * Equipped with rollers with a diameter of 178 mm.
• A granule moisture system, which allows for moistening the raw material for high-quality granulation.
• A granule calibration and cooling system BKO-300 (power of 0.37 kW).
• A closed extraction system VP-4 (power of 4 kW).
• A control panel for the granulation line with an ammeter.

Thanks to the powerful motor installed on the granulator and the movable rollers that are included in the granulator’s equipment, you can press not only coniferous wood chips but also deciduous wood on the GRAND-300 PRO. Usually, pine sawdust is used for the production of fuel pellets, as it contains a high percentage of a special adhesive substance—lignin—which significantly facilitates its pressing. Deciduous wood has virtually no lignin, but the GRAND-300 PRO granulator generates significant pressure, under which deciduous sawdust can also be pressed. In addition, on the GRAND-300 PRO, you can granulate sunflower husks and various types of straw. To do this, you just need to stock up on several matrices: for feed and pellets.
