Pelletizing Line MLG-1500 PRO – A Comprehensive Solution for Pellet and Feed Production

The MLG-1500 PRO pelletizing line is a modern, fully automated system designed to process loose materials into high-quality pellets. This technology is used across multiple industries, especially in agriculture — for producing animal feed, heating pellets, and organic fertilizers.

Pelletizing process stages:

• Raw material preparation – crushing, drying, or mixing, depending on the material type;
• Pelletizing – forming pellets using a high-efficiency pellet mill;
• Cooling and drying –  ensuring the correct shape and durability of the granules;
• Sorting and packaging – separating fractions and preparing the product for storage or sale.

MLG-1500 PRO line components:

• MTZ-200 PRO Screw Feeder – ensures even material feeding, 0,75 kW motor, 0,2 m³capacity
• GRAND-400 PRO Pellet Mill – the core of the system, 45 kW motor, up to 750 kg/h output
• BKO-200 Calibrator-Cooler – for sieving, calibrating, and pre-cooling the material, 0.12 kW
• VP-2 Aspiration System – 1.5 kW
• Moisture Regulation System – optimizes raw material humidity for efficient pelletizing
• Control Panel – full control of the entire line

GRAND-400 PRO – The Heart of the System

After extensive testing and implementation of innovative solutions, the GRAND-400 PRO pelletizer is equipped with a powerful 45 kW motor and four rollers (178 mm diameter), ensuring stable and efficient output of up to 750 kg/h. The machine features a 400 mm diameter die.

The set includes one die – the customer can select the hole size depending on the raw material and intended use (standard options: 6 mm or 8 mm; various thicknesses available).

Thanks to its high pressure and movable rollers, the GRAND-400 PRO can process not only soft pine sawdust but also more demanding materials like hardwood sawdust, sunflower husk, and straw. Its high pressing force enables pelletizing even materials with low lignin content.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to use separate dies for fuel pellets and feed.

• Pine sawdust – up to 750 kg/h
