Pet and Fish Food Production Line LDK-200

This advanced production line is designed for manufacturing high-quality pet food for dogs, cats, and fish. The process is based on extrusion technology, ensuring proper texture, flavor, and durability of the final product.

Process Description:

The prepared raw material mix enters the MK-80 extruder, where under high temperature and pressure, it is formed into pellets. The product is then transported by a belt conveyor with an air-blowing system to a stainless-steel tunnel dryer, where excess moisture is removed.

The next stage is the coating process. In the first drum, a fat-based layer (oils, fats) is applied, while in the second drum dry flavor and aroma additives are evenly added. Adjustable drum speed and tilt angle allow optimization of the process according to the recipe requirements. The finished pellets pass over a vibrating table to remove fine fractions, followed by additional drying to fix the coatings.

The final stage involves cooling in the BO-600 drum with integrated dosing and packaging into plastic bags. The VP-2 dust extraction system ensures hygienic working conditions, while the ZM-500 bag sealer closes the packaging, preparing the product for storage and distribution.

The line allows production of pellets in various shapes – the extruder comes with circular, heart, and triangular dies, while additional shapes can be ordered separately. Pellet size is controlled by cutting knives, and feed speed can be adjusted according to needs.

Main raw materials include meat and bone meal (primary ingredient), with smaller proportions of corn and wheat flour. Other ingredients can be added according to your own recipe.
