The BIZON-450 PRO jaw crusher is the most powerful model in the BIZON crushing equipment series. It combines high performance, versatility, and reliability when working with various types of mineral and construction materials.
The BIZON-450 PRO is equipped with a hydraulic crawler platform, which significantly increases mobility and operational efficiency. This allows the crusher to be easily moved directly at the work site – in quarries, construction sites, or demolition areas.
The crawler undercarriage ensures excellent maneuverability on uneven and difficult terrain, reducing the need for additional material transport. This makes the BIZON-450 PRO an ideal solution for hard-to-access locations and for processing materials directly at the extraction or demolition site.

It is designed for primary and secondary crushing of minerals and construction waste (stone, concrete, brick, artificial materials) with a compressive strength of up to 320 MPa.
Unlike smaller models in the series, the BIZON-450 PRO can process large material pieces – up to 450 mm in length and up to 250 mm in height and width.
For achieving very fine fractions (<10 mm), a two-stage crushing system is recommended: first, the material is reduced to 50–80 mm, and then a secondary crusher processes it to the required size.
