The system integrates three modules: the PK-1 bucket conveyor, the KZ-500 PRO grain calibrator, and the VP-2 aspiration system, creating a compact, efficient, and cohesive technological line.

- PK-1 Bucket Conveyor – provides gentle vertical transport of material, minimizing the risk of seed damage.
- KZ-500 PRO Calibrator – precisely cleans seeds from stones, metal, sand, dust, and other light impurities. It is essential for preparing raw materials for industrial oil pressing, improving press efficiency and increasing oil quality. It is especially effective for sunflower seeds: light impurities are removed on the top sieve, heavier debris on the first sieve, and final size calibration is performed on the two lower sieves.
- VP-2 Aspiration System – effectively removes light fractions such as dust, husks, and fine residues, enhancing the cleanliness and quality of the final product.
