KZ MINI Grain Calibrator

KZ MINI Grain Calibrator is a compact device designed for cleaning, sorting, and precise calibration of grains and seed material. The machine can process various types of raw materials, such as cereals, legumes, oilseeds, and other bulk materials.

The unit effectively removes dust, light impurities, and waste, while also separating the material into fractions according to size and weight. Thanks to the combination of a vibrating table and an air separation system, the machine can achieve a capacity of up to 300 kg/h, depending on the moisture content and contamination level of the raw material.

The calibrator is equipped with two electric motors:

• vibrating table – 110 W,
• air separation system – 150 W.

The machine also features a two-level sieve system, ensuring accurate material sorting:

• the upper sieve removes larger impurities,
• the lower sieve separates fine fractions and ensures precise calibration.

The compact design and 220 V power supply make the device convenient to operate and suitable for use in farms as well as small processing facilities.
