Pellet production line MLG-1000 PRO

The main component of the line is the advanced GRAND-300 PRO pellet mill. After tens of hours of testing, innovative developments, and experiments, we are ready to present you with a pellet mill that can produce 500 kilograms of finished pellets per hour. Thanks to a powerful 30 kW engine and 178 mm diameter rollers, the GRAND-300 PRO consistently delivers a production rate of over 500 kg/h. The matrix installed in the pellet mill has a diameter of 300 mm. The pellet mill comes standard with one matrix, and the hole size is chosen by the buyer. Options include matrices with hole sizes of 6 mm or 8 mm of varying thickness (depending on the raw material).

The pelletizing line is equipped with:

• A feed hopper SZT-200, power 0,75 kW, and a hopper volume of 0,2 m³. *** The feed screw is equipped with two neodymium magnets, which serve to clean the raw material from metal inclusions.
• A powerful and reliable Grand-300 PRO pellet press with a power of 30 kW/3000 rpm. *** Equipped with rollers with a diameter of 178 mm.
• A pellet moisturizing system, which allows you to moisten the raw material for better pellet quality.
• A granule calibration and cooling system BKO-200 (power 0.37 kW).
• A closed-loop extraction system VP-2 (power 1.5 kW).
• A control panel for the pelletizing line with an ammeter.

Thanks to the powerful engine in the pellet mill and the moving rollers that are part of the pellet mill's configuration, the GRAND-300 PRO can press not only softwood sawdust but also hardwood. Usually, pine sawdust is used for pellet production, as it contains a large amount of lignin, a sticky substance that greatly facilitates the pressing process. Hardwood has very little lignin, but the GRAND-300 PRO pellet mill generates high pressure, allowing hardwood sawdust to be pressed as well. Additionally, the GRAND-300 PRO can granulate sunflower husks and various types of straw. You just need to equip yourself with several matrices: one for feed and one for pellets.
