Soybean Peeler / Sheller LS-500S

We are pleased to present our modified LS-500S debarker, which has been improved based on feedback and suggestions from our clients. In this version of the device, we have added a protective cover with windows for monitoring the process and improved the mechanism for adjusting the height of the cover for collecting seed hulls. With these improvements, working with the debarker has become more comfortable and precise, especially when processing soybean seeds. The new design also prevents seed loss, which could have escaped from under the rotor blades outside the calibration mesh.

Operating Principle:

The LS-500S debarker is a continuous-action machine designed for dehulling and crushing sunflower and soybean seeds. It is used in the oil, feed, and food industries.

During the machine's operation, the seeds are separated from their hulls.

To increase efficiency, it is recommended to use a seed fan and a calibrator, which allows achieving the maximum cleaning and dehulling effect.
