Belt conveyor for the BIZON-450 jaw crusher is designed for continuous collection and transportation of crushed material after the crushing process. It ensures efficient removal of crushed material from the working area and its transportation to the storage area or the next stage of the technological process.
The conveyor is based on a solid frame made of steel profiles and a system of guide rollers. Material is transported using a rubber or PVC belt driven by an electric motor with a power of 0.37 kW.
The conveyor achieves a capacity of up to 26 t/h, allowing it to efficiently work with equipment used for crushing and preliminary processing of mineral materials and construction waste. The design can be adapted to different operating conditions — mobile and stationary versions are available.
