Operating principle

The DK-600 splitter uses a crank-piston mechanism that generates a powerful strike on a horizontally positioned log, splitting it along the natural grain of the wood. Two high-strength stainless steel wedges ensure effective splitting of the log into two or more parts, even with hard wood species, without deforming the tools.
