WD-30 is a professional weighing and bagging machine designed for precise dosing and packaging of potatoes, vegetables, and fruits in a weight range of 2.5 to 30 kg. The machine is intended for packing and processing plants seeking to increase automation, productivity, and repeatability of weighing and packaging operations.

Operating Principle

The product is fed into the loading hopper and transported via belt conveyors to the weighing container. Each conveyor belt is equipped with smooth speed adjustment, allowing precise adaptation to the product type and fraction, ensuring high dosing accuracy.

Operating Modes

The machine offers two operating modes:

• Automatic mode – the weighing container opens synchronously with the packaging unit
• Manual mode – the operator manually initiates product discharge using a button or foot pedal after weighing is completed

Operation and parameter settings are managed via a clear and user-friendly control panel, enabling quick and easy configuration.
