ZUBR-30 Drum Chipper with Conveyor

ZUBR-30 is an advanced drum wood chipper with a horizontal belt feeder, designed for woodworking facilities, biofuel production, and recycling of sawmill and furniture waste. The machine features a new construction with a horizontal conveyor that significantly facilitates the feeding of boards, branches, and logs up to 3 meters in length. Upon request, the conveyor length can be customized in multiples of 1 meter.

The optimized drum height makes manual feeding easier, while the wide 200 × 350 mm feed opening allows for the efficient processing of large wood pieces. Equipped with 12 cutting knives, the chipper produces a fraction ideal for further grinding, burning in automatic-feed boilers, or for pellet, briquette, and smoke chip production.

ZUBR-30 is powered by a 30 kW main motor and features a 2.2 kW chain discharge conveyor that effectively transports the processed chips out of the working zone. The robust design is based on a massive rotor weighing nearly 500 kg, making it capable of handling thick branches and leftovers that traditional disc chippers cannot process.
