The MPO-300 MINI soybean processing line is an efficient and proven solution designed for the comprehensive processing of soybean seeds using extrusion and pressing technology. Technological Process Description

The process begins with feeding soybean seeds into the EGK-350 extruder, where the material undergoes intensive thermo-mechanical treatment. Extrusion effectively reduces anti-nutritional substances, eliminates pathogenic microorganisms, and improves the digestibility and nutritional value of soybeans.

Next, the extruded soybean meal is continuously transported via the MT-150 screw feeder to the Garmet-150 DUO screw oil press, where efficient oil extraction takes place. The resulting press cake is directed to cooling and is ready for packaging, while the oil undergoes short settling, filtration, and is then transferred to a storage tank.
