Universal Shredder DR-150

DR-150 Shredder is a compact and multifunctional machine designed for shredding hay, straw and grain. Its construction combines the functions of a fibrous material shredder and a grain crusher, allowing one machine to be used for preparing various types of raw material for feed production and further pelleting.

Depending on the installed screen, material of different particle sizes can be obtained. The machine is suitable for use on farms and in livestock operations, as well as for preparing raw materials for further processing.

Application

The DR-150 is designed for shredding hay, straw and grain. The processed material can be used as a component of animal feed or as raw material for further pelleting.

The machine can be used as a standalone unit on farms and in livestock operations where fast and convenient raw material preparation is required without the need for several separate machines.

Operating principle

Before operation, the appropriate screen and a container for collecting the finished material are installed. The raw material is loaded into the corresponding hopper and then enters the working chamber, where it is shredded by the knife mechanism.

The use of replaceable screens allows the final particle size to be adjusted according to the intended application of the material.
