Impact press for briquettes "Ecopress-DUO"

The Ecopress DUO briquetting line is intended for the production of fuel briquettes from soft and hard coniferous sawdust, sunflower seed husks and crushed plant waste (straw, grain, rapeseed and flax waste). The main requirements are a moisture content of 9-12% and a grain size of 0.5-5 mm for the crushed material. Pressing is done under high pressure without the use of binders. Experience and the best technical solutions allowed us to achieve throughput of up to 500-700 kg/h.

Simple and reliable equipment:

• Impact presses: can operate without extraction because no carbon monoxide is produced during the briquetting process;
• Economical because the briquettes are produced without forced heating, which eliminates unnecessary energy consumption;
• Designed for long life without the need to replace worn parts; replacement is quick and easy.

Briquettes have many advantages over conventional firewood:

1. Briquettes have twice the calorific value, making them economical.
2. They take up less space and are easy to store in the garden.
3. It produces less soot and pollutes chimneys and air to a lesser extent.
