Calibrator-cooler BKO-100

Calibrator-drum BKO-100 is designed for screening, calibration and preliminary cooling of raw materials. The calibrator has a 0.12 kW geared motor and a hole for connecting the exhaust system. The installation is equipped with drums with holes of different diameters. Depending on the customer's requirements, the diameter of the holes can be from 3 to 10 mm, depending on the raw material fraction. The main purpose of the calibrator is screening and calibration of finished pellets after the pellet mill. Calibrator drums are also part of the equipment used for the production of pellets and compound feed produced by the company.
