Aerodynamic dryer for sawdust SA-600 +

The SA-600 + aerodynamic drying complex with a capacity of up to 600 kg/h is designed for drying small fractions of wood waste in a stream of hot air. The dryer is made of high-quality steel and can work for many years without the risk of burning out the walls of the air channel. Structurally, the dryer is made in the form of separate units or components, which makes it convenient for installation and transportation. The source of air heating for the dryer is a solid fuel furnace equipped with chamotte (refractory) bricks, which must be lined with the inner part of the furnace during installation. This drying plant can be successfully operated in combination with the MLG-1500 COMBI/MLG-1500 COMBI +/MLG-1500 MAX +/MLG-1000 COMBI DUO pellet production plant.

The difference of this unit from similar machines is that it is equipped with a precision loading auger KSM-600 with sieves for calibrating raw materials and a large hopper with a volume of 1 m3. This allows the operator to calmly monitor other technical processes during the feed of raw materials to the drying unit, without distracting the line operator. The sieving mechanism is equipped with a vibration motor to ensure ease of control. The sieving mechanism is installed on a support that dampens vibrations. This mechanism eliminates unnecessary movements during the feeding of raw materials into the screening machine. It remains only to place the raw materials on the sieve. Under the action of high-frequency vibration, the raw material passes through the mesh and is effectively sifted into the main hopper. Particles of raw materials exceeding the size of the cells do not enter the hopper, but are screened out due to the inclination of the mechanism. The screw conveyor also has the option of connecting a frequency converter to adjust the motor speed, which allows you to adjust the feed speed according to the customer's needs.
