Aerodynamic dryer for sawdust SA-800

The SA-800 combined drying unit with a capacity of up to 800 kg/h is designed for drying small wood waste (sawdust, microchips, log waste and sawdust) in a stream of hot air. The SA-800 is made of high-quality steel, which means that the dryer can be used for many years without the risk of burning through the walls of the air duct. SA-800 is intended for use as a separate drying unit. Structurally, the dehumidifier is made in the form of separate units and components, which makes it convenient for installation and transportation. The source of air heating for the dryer is a solid fuel furnace equipped with chamotte (refractory) bricks, which must be lined with the inner part of the furnace during installation. The dryer can be used in combination with the installation for the production of pellets COMBI-1000 DUO.

The difference between this unit and similar units is that it is equipped with a precision loading auger, which allows the line operator to operate it without disturbing the line. The sieving mechanism is also equipped with a vibration motor to ensure ease of control. On the other hand, the sieving machine is mounted on anti-vibration supports. This mechanism prevents any unnecessary movements during the feeding of raw materials into the screening machine. Then the raw material is simply placed on a sieve. Under the action of high-frequency vibration, the raw material passes through the mesh and is effectively sifted into the main hopper. Particles of raw materials exceeding the size of the mesh cells do not enter the hopper, but are screened out thanks to the inclined mechanism. The screw conveyor also has the option of connecting a frequency converter to regulate the speed of the motor, which allows you to adjust the feed speed according to the customer's needs.
