How the EGK-500 Works

The material enters the feeding chamber, where it is pre-ground and homogenized. In the pressing chamber, the product is exposed to high pressure and temperature. When pushed through the die, it undergoes sudden expansion, increasing its volume, improving structure, and enhancing digestibility for animals.

This process:

• sterilizes the feed,
• converts starch into easily digestible sugars,
• increases the lightness and volume of the final product,
• improves the energy efficiency of feed utilization,
• allows animals to reach satiety faster with lower feed intake.

As a result, extruded feed is highly nutritious and safe even for young or sensitive livestock.
