Household grain extruder with a capacity of 7.5 kW, intended for the preparation of fodder for pets, poultry and fish with a productivity of up to 80 kg per hour. A homogeneous stick is obtained at the output. For the convenience of further use, you can use a special shredder. Operates from 380 V mains. Great for small home and farm use.

Advantages of extruded feed:

1. The fodder extruder in the pressing chamber grinds the fodder, and under the influence of a pressure of 40-60 atmospheres, it is heated to a temperature of 180C. When leaving the die, due to the difference in pressure, water hammer occurs in the grains, as a result of which the grains foam, increasing in volume more than 5 times. As a result, 5 times more fodder for the farm is obtained;

2. Due to ultra-fast heat treatment, starch, which is poorly absorbed by animals, is broken down into simple carbohydrates and sugar, while most of the vitamins and proteins do not have time to break down, and the high temperature makes it possible to get rid of pathogenic microflora and fungus, which are present even in dried grain;

3. The feed is disinfected in the extruder, which is especially useful when growing young animals that are sensitive to various types of bacteria and other harmful microorganisms;

4. The possibility of using spoiled grain, underripe and almost any quality;

5. The feed after the extruder has the shape of a stick, is pleasant to the taste and is eaten by animals with pleasure, leaving no waste.
