Equipment for the production of food for dogs, cats, fish, goats and other animals, including cattle. The principle of feed production is the extrusion method. This method has been improved by installing an electric heater that heats the working section to the required temperature and maintains it during operation. This addition makes the operation of the feed extruder more even and efficient in comparison to other extruder designs, in which the heating of the working section is caused by the friction of the material (or the screw itself) against the walls of the working section of the screw. As a result, temperature control is possible, ensuring consistent yield and end product quality. In addition, the raw material is subjected to heat treatment at high temperatures, which ensures product sterilization. The feed extruder is equipped with several types of fillers (pillow, heart and ball) that allow the feed to be shaped in different ways. The use of knives also makes it possible to control the size of the final product, from 1 to 20 mm. The device has an automatic adjustment of the feed speed, which can be changed depending on the situation.
