Feed mixer KS - 1000

The KS-1000 model, presented in this review, is designed for processing feed mixtures weighing 1 ton. A vertical filter above the feed mixer reduces cleaning time as feed ingredients are returned to the main tank by gravity. For customers whose room ceiling height does not permit the installation of a filter above the feed mixer, the feed mixer can be equipped with side bags. However, the main thing is to remember the need for regular cleaning. The feed component can be fed into the tank through a nozzle at the top using pneumatic pressure or through a manually operated side pocket. The vertical arrangement of the auger, which receives raw materials at the bottom of the hopper, rises to the top of the hopper and lies on its side, ensures perfect mixing of all components of the mixture. Even mixing is achieved due to the absence of so-called "dead zones" where the mixed feed can stagnate. The auger of this model of feed mixer is driven by a 2.2 kW motor with a belt drive. The outlet pipe with a convenient handle for opening the shutter allows you to easily and quickly discharge the raw material and empty the tank so that you can prepare the next part of the feed mixture.
