Feed mixer KS - 300

The feed mixer is designed for the preparation of concentrates used in animal husbandry for various groups of animals. The product is made of steel and has an anti-corrosion coating. It is used to prepare dry feed mixtures for feeding various animal species. It mixes qualitatively ground grains, middlings with premixes, feed concentrates and mineral additives (except liquids). The mixing time depends on the composition of the components to be mixed and the volume of the mixer. The average mixing time for this model is 10 minutes.

The mixer has three options for feeding the mixture:

1) The first and main - through the loading opening (hatch).

2) Behind the loading opening in the lid there are two plugs with a diameter of 160 mm.

There are two 160mm plugs, one of which is removable through its hole,cyclone for feeding raw materials to the mixer.

3) The third method of feeding consists in the fact that the customer unscrews two plugs and feeds the raw material pneumatically into the mixer with one of them.

The raw material is injected pneumatically using KRAFT-4.Another plug removes the air with a filter or cyclone. It is equipped.This option also includes: bag adapter, bag mounting frame for the bag, outlet for the shredder and two clamps.

This method has a condition: the blower should not be too powerful so that the air stream does not blow the mixture through the second hole.
