The Hercules-150 grain crusher is designed for conditioning cereals and legumes. The conditioning process produces less waste and significantly increases dry matter digestibility compared to crushing. Shear deformation of the grain breaks the bonds and softens the grain while reducing its thickness, which improves contact between the grain and the substances with which it interacts. This allows you to quickly prepare oatmeal (or feed) with minimal loss of vitamins and biologically active components of the grain.

Modern feed preparation technologies based on grain conditioning have many advantages over grain crushing methods and enable obtaining higher quality feed. Conditioning technology allows only 97% of the feed to be digested (when grinding - only 50%) and significantly reduces energy consumption for grinding. At the same time, fewer dust particles are produced.

The design of the main unit ensures high threshing density, and the working elements are precisely and carefully assembled. Corrugated cast iron or steel conditioning rollers increase efficiency and ensure long life and reliability of the machine.

When feeding flattened grain on our conditioners, the amount required to fully feed poultry and livestock is reduced by up to 70% compared to unflattened grain.
