The Grand-200 PTO Pellet Mill is a modern machine designed for fieldwork – directly where the raw material is located, or in places with limited access to a strong power grid. The machine uses the tractor’s Power Take-Off (PTO) shaft, transmitting power through a cardan shaft equipped with a friction clutch, ensuring reliability and operational safety.

At the heart of the pellet mill is a solid working module with a stationary die (Ø216 mm) and rotating rollers, providing efficient and stable pelletizing. Thanks to this design, the machine can easily handle the production of both high-digestibility feed and fuel pellets from various types of biomass.

Grand-200 PTO easily processes:

sawdust from coniferous and deciduous trees,
straw, hay, grass, sunflower husk,
feed mixtures and grain waste,
as well as plastics.

Performance:

sawdust – up to 150 kg/h,
straw / hay – up to 120 kg/h,
feed mixtures – up to 300 kg/h,
sunflower husk – up to 150 kg/h,
grain waste – up to 180 kg/h.

Thanks to interchangeable dies adapted to specific types of biomass or feed, the machine is extremely versatile.
