The machine features a fixed die with a 300 mm diameter (holes from 2 to 8 mm available) and two movable rollers with a diameter of 178 mm, ensuring high-quality granulation. All working components are made of hardened 40X steel (55 HRC), which guarantees durability and wear resistance.

Thanks to its robust gearbox and advanced heat-treatment technology, the GRAND-300 offers high efficiency and long service life. The average die life cycle reaches approx. 70 tons of processed material, with the possibility of regeneration.

This pellet mill is perfect both for producing feed for rabbits, poultry, pigs, cattle, or quails, and for manufacturing fuel pellets from sawdust, straw, or sunflower husks.
