The set of hammer crushers CHOPPER DUO - 600 is designed for crushing wood chips. Each crusher is supplied with a corrugated pipe with a diameter of 160 mm and a length of 3 m. The principle of operation of the kit is as follows. The first Chopper-600 hammer crusher with a capacity of 30 kW is equipped with a sieve with meshes of 12 mm. In this crusher, a large crushing takes place and the material is fed through a pneumatic ejector to a second crusher, Chopper-600, also of 30 kW capacity and equipped with a 6 mm mesh screen. From this crusher, the raw material is discharged through a cyclone and can be used for granulation.
