Nut cracker GRK - 200

Nut cracker GKR-200 is a medium-sized device for cracking nuts at home or at work. Thanks to the flexible settings, this nut cracker can be quickly adapted to cracking walnuts of different sizes. The machine can process up to 200 kg/h. Perfect for both home and commercial use; good quality product with yield up to 60% of butterflies. Thoughtful design and adjustment allow you to configure the machine to crack nuts of any size, avoiding the pre-sizing of nuts. The built-in handle can increase or decrease the gap between the shaft and the sliding plate if the nut does not fit into the separation chamber, or vice versa.

The principle of operation is very simple: adjust the device to the size of the cap and start the engine to fill it with caps. When the shaft rotates, the shell of the nut cracks without a gap, grabs the nut and presses it against the metal shutter in the mechanism. As the shaft rotates, the nut cracks and falls into the container. The slot at the nut's shaft is finished in such a way as to gently split the shell and prevent it from touching the kernel.
